Returns & Exchages

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in its original unused condition, including original tags, for a store credit or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet this criteria. 

Swimwear, earrings, pre-order, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless you received the wrong size, style, or defective item.

All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Once the return is approved you will receive a return label via email. Postage fees will be deducted from store credit unless the return is due to a faulty or defective item. 

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for returns to arrive. Please allow an additional one to two business days for processing once your return is received. 

An order can only be canceled before it has been packed and shipped.
